My style is therapeutic in nature, blending modalities to create a unique session especially suited to your specific needs. I mix massage tools such as Trigger Point Therapy, Swedish, Myofascial, Shiatsu, and Craniosacral. I believe in empowering you to participate in your own healing by providing tools you can use on a day-to-day basis to help you feel better in your body.
My yoga classes are fun and lighthearted, with an emphasis on positive body awareness, making the sessions beneficial, accessible, and healing. I have more than a decade of yoga training, and received my 200-hr in 2010 from Shanti Yoga in Nelson, BC, Canada, and my 500-hr in Yoga Therapy in 2017 from Asheville Yoga Center in Asheville, NC. I am a trauma-informed Yoga Therapist, and also see clients in private sessions.
