Longer holds in poses build Tapas (internal heat, self-discipline), cultivates self-awareness and active Pranayama (breathwork) to shifts energy. All bodies and experience levels are welcome. yin yoga Workshop
EVERY 2ND SUNDAY 12:00PM - 1:45PM
Inspired by gentleness, precision, and “letting go”, a Yin practice is designed to target the connective tissues - ligaments, tendons and fascia - to improve flexibility and increase circulation. Yin poses are floor postures held for 3-5 minutes, allowing the body time to relax and sink deeper into the pose. Instructors: Carrie and Sara Booth. Investment in Self $25
Suitable for beginner and intermediate levels, as well as those looking for a more meditative pace. We seek to increase inner awareness, strength, balance and flexibility. A typical class includes pranayama (breathwork), surya namaskar (sun salutations), vinyasa (sequenced flow with coordinated breath), and individual asanas (poses).

Using traditional yoga poses and self massage to aid in mobility and joint health. This class in equally encouraged for people who exercise regularly, and people who sit all day due to jobs. Mobility can help enhance flexibility as well as tissue recovery, and is safe for all fitness levels. Come in and see the difference for yourself!
