Start your day the right way; with a lightly heated Vinyasa practice focused on core strengthening, flexibility, and balance intended to ignite your inner fire, and set to motivating music that will be sure to brighten your day. This class will progressively get more challenging Monday’s heated flow, resetting your intentions for the week. While Friday's class will introduce more challenging poses and leave you feeling alive for the weekend! Instructor: Jen VanZee

A core-focused Vinyasa practice designed to build strength and flexibility in body and mind. Slower flow strengthens the body, reveals unconscious habits and encourages mindfulness. Longer holds in poses build Tapas (internal heat, self-discipline), cultivates self-awareness and active Pranayama (breathwork) to shifts energy. Each class is tailored specifically to the students present - Thurs/Sun slightly more Intermediate practice.
Suitable for beginner and intermediate levels, as well as those looking for a more meditative pace. We seek to increase inner awareness, strength, balance and flexibility. A typical class includes pranayama (breathwork), surya namaskar (sun salutations), vinyasa (sequenced flow with coordinated breath), and individual asanas (poses).

Root yourself in presence and embody joy! Based on the concepts of effort (stira) and ease (sukha) from the yoga sutras, this all levels class is a combination of long holds (asana), meditation (dhyana), and breath work (pranayama). Thoughtfully paced to allow for depth of exploration and a focus on individual alignment, postures are guided with plenty of verbal cues and props with emphasis on building inner and outer strength. (75min class).
