Yoga never tasted so good! A quiet and gentle practice, Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues of the body and encourages greater mobility and health of the joints. While the postures are all done on the floor and held longer than traditional yoga classes and shorter than restorative classes, (3-5 minutes), the emphasis is on finding a balance between effort and ease in the pose.
Yin Yoga provides time for mindful awareness, introspection and deep relaxation. Opening up the body, letting go of old tension and stress. Opening up the mind, creating more space between the thoughts. FEELING our way into a more calm way of being, and reconnecting to our inner truth.
