Join Maria Williquette, yoga teacher and psychotherapist, for this illuminating workshop on how stress and anxiety work in our bodies and even more importantly, how to manage and decrease the often overwhelming symptoms. Expect to move and breathe in a slow, thoughtful, and deep practice designed for all levels of yoga practitioner, from brand new beginner to very advanced.
Together we will practice powerful tools to reduce feelings of overwhelm and stress and we will learn how to build these practices into our daily life. Expect to leave the workshop feeling grounded, solid, and stable and with new strength to face the challenges of life.
