In this special class learn the foundations necessary to invert your world. We'll work on alignment, mental preparation, breath management and access to bandhas (locks).
We'll explore both mild poses (heart above the head) like downward facing dog and full inversions (feet above the head) like shoulder stand and headstand.
The aiming of this class is to share the playful nature of Inversions while accessing the increased health benefits of deeper states of relaxation, improved circulation, and greater body awareness.
