Yoga and Its Wisdom
Join Elaine Cohn, yoga instructor and board certified counselor, in this 2-hr workshop and explore ancient yoga wisdom and its teachings to help you feel more at peace and improve your mental well-being. You will learn about various types of thought, states of mind and other areas that keep you from living the life you want.
Open dialogue will be woven into a practice of yoga poses, breathing techniques, and meditation to help you discover your true nature. You will come away with strategies to reduce stress and anxiety, calm your mind and body, and bring more tranquility into your daily life.
All levels are welcome, from beginner to advanced.
