Ines Capable has been a licensed massage therapist since 2020. After graduating with honors from the University of Texas at Arlington, Ines initially worked in the legal field as a personal injury case manager, assisting clients with recovery from auto collision injuries. Over time, Ines recognized a desire to provide more direct support to clients, which inspired a transition into bodywork. They consider beginning their career in bodywork to be one of the most rewarding decisions they have made.

Ines is a dedicated bodywork professional who enjoys incorporating a variety of modalities to ensure clients receive the most effective and relaxing experience. They have a particular interest in working with clients experiencing headaches and migraines, drawing from their own understanding of how those conditions impact daily life. Most headache clients are able to relieve the headache or migraine by two points over the course of an hour session. Ines is committed to ongoing learning and regularly seeks out new techniques to better serve clients’ needs, especially in alleviating tension in the head, neck, and shoulders. 

Outside of work, Ines enjoys crafting, thrifting, and visiting public libraries. Their hobbies include exploring graphic nonfiction and cooking, as they are an amateur chef and artist.
