Ines Capable LMT
Ines is a Licensed Massage Therapist with a B.A. in Political Science, Critical Languages, and International Studies from The University of Texas at Arlington. After graduating with honors, they worked in the legal field as a personal injury paralegal and case manager, assisting clients in recovering from auto collision injuries. Over time, they realized they wanted to help clients more directly, which led them to transition into bodywork. They consider starting their career in bodywork one of the best decisions they have ever made.
Ines considers themselves a bodywork enthusiast and enjoys integrating various modalities to provide the most effective and relaxing experience for clients. They have a particular interest in working with clients suffering from headaches and migraines, as they understand firsthand how those conditions affect daily life. Ines is always eager to learn new techniques to offer greater relief in the head, neck, and shoulders.
Ines has been a licensed massage therapist in Texas for five years and relocated to Oregon in 2025. Recognizing the challenges of this decade both globally and nationally, they completed trauma-informed yoga teacher training through Practice Yoga Austin’s 200-hour Waking Yoga program.
In their free time, Ines enjoys crafting, thrifting, and visiting public libraries. Their favorite things to read include graphic nonfiction and international cookbooks, as they are an amateur chef and artist.
