Meet Lesley Sario your compassionate massage therapist, holistic educator, TCM Acupuncture graduate, & visionary behind Elk Rock Collective!

As a Pacific Northwest native, I feel blessed to have grown up near such beautiful surroundings and excellent educational opportunities. I offer over 20 years experience as a licensed massage therapist, & holistic educator. My practice is shaped through extensive training, professional experience and healing intention offering Traditional Chinese Medicine, Massage, Fire Cupping and Neuromuscular Deep Tissue for pain management and motor vehicle rehabilitation.

I hold a Master’s degree in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (OCOM/NUNM, Class of 2025) and am currently preparing for the national board exams. I’ve completed clinical internships at Legacy Pain Clinic, Fora Health, and Cascadia Health, treating a wide range of conditions including pain relief (both acute and chronic), auto injuries, sports injuries, women’s health, and reproductive health.

I’m honored to be celebrating 11 years of Elk Rock Wellness in the heart of Historic Milwaukie, Oregon. I look forward to sharing my passion for bodywork with you on your healing journey toward radiant health and vitality.
