A little pause,
I will be taking the next 6 weeks away from the treatment room while I heal from a fractured ankle.
This was definitely not the summer break I had planned but I’m taking it as an invitation to slow down, receive some care myself, and give my body the time it needs to heal properly.
I hope to return to the treatment room late October, Thank you for your understanding!

As the Owner and Director of Elk Rock Wellness, I am honored to cultivate space for healing and wellness! Established in 2014, Elk Rock Wellness has been recognized for its excellence in care, earning accolades such as Nextdoor "Neighborhood Favorite" and "Patient’s Choice Award".
My therapeutic practice is rooted in 20 years of extensive training, professional experience, and healing intention. I offer a range of modalities including Massage Therapy, Fire Cupping and Neuromuscular Deep Tissue, with a focus on pain management and motor vehicle injury rehabilitation.
In 2025, I earned my Master’s degree in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine. During my clinical internships at Legacy Pain Clinic, Fora Health, and Cascadia Health, I gained hands-on experience treating a broad spectrum of conditions, including acute and chronic pain, and women’s health.
In addition to clinical practice, I am a registered YACEP® (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider), leading 200-hour yoga teacher trainings and offering continuing education courses in wellness, sacred business practices, and professional development for fellow practitioners.
